Refund and Cancelation Policy
At Roxy Beauty Med Spa, our goal is to provide exceptional service and personalized care. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Refund Policy
- Services Rendered: Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed.
- Treatment Results: We strive for optimal outcomes with every treatment. However, individual results may vary. Follow-up treatments or adjustments may be offered at the provider’s discretion.
- Prepaid Packages: All prepaid treatments, series, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be rescheduled within validity periods.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
2. Product Returns
- Unopened Products: Retail products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, if unopened and in original condition.
- Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We ask for your cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies:
- Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes.
- Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours): A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future services.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest. The full service fee will still apply.
